1. Returns Period

We hope you love everything you order! However, if something isn’t right, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us regarding a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unaltered, with no makeup, deodorant, or marks, and the original hygiene strip and tags intact.

  • Faulty items are eligible for free returns.

  • For all non-faulty items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. How to Return

UK Orders

  1. Email us at info@haydu.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a return label for faulty items only. Non-faulty items must be returned at the customer’s expense.

  3. Ensure the item meets the condition requirements above.

International Orders

  1. Email info@haydu.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any customs duties when returning items internationally.

  3. We are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or additional fees incurred during international returns.

3. Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-faulty returns.

  • The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Faulty Items

  • If an item is faulty (e.g., defective zip, stitching issue), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

  • We will refund the full price of faulty items upon inspection.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds cover the cost of the item minus the restocking fee for non-faulty returns.

  • Original shipping fees are not refunded, unless the item is faulty.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not accept direct exchanges.

  • Customers wishing to exchange an item must return it (see rules above) and place a new order.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping and customs duties.

  • Refunds will only be issued once the item is received and inspected.

8. Legal Protection

  • By purchasing from Haydu Swimwear, you acknowledge the material composition: 73% nylon, 27% spandex.

  • Customers agree that they are aware of the material and accept it.

  • We are not liable for misuse, damage after delivery, or incorrect care of items.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if the above conditions are not met.

  • We cannot guarantee immediate responses to emails. Customers acknowledge that delayed replies do not constitute liability.
