UNITED KINGDOM

Tracked Standard Delivery – £2.99
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days
All UK orders are shipped via a tracked courier service (Royal Mail Tracked 48, Evri, or DHL).
Tracking details will be automatically sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

EUROPEAN UNION

Tracked Standard International Delivery – £12
Estimated delivery time: 2–11 business days
Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom with full tracking.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

USA, CANADA & UAE

  • Tracked International Shipping: Estimated 5–14 business days
    Due to high international shipping costs, free shipping is not available for these destinations.
    Customers are responsible for the shipping charge, which will be calculated at checkout, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.
    All shipments are fully tracked, and tracking information will be sent by email once dispatched.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

  • Tracked International Shipping: Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination.
    Due to the high cost of global courier services, customers outside the UK and EU must cover their own shipping costs.
    Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment is made.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible (usually within 1–2 working days).
During launch periods or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

DELIVERY TERMS

All delivery concerns (including missing or delayed parcels) must be reported to info@haydu.co.uk within 3 days of the stated delivery date.
After this period, Haydu Swimwear cannot be held responsible for missing parcels or delivery issues, as courier investigations are time-sensitive and subject to insurance restrictions.

If a parcel is returned to sender due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, a refund will be processed for the product price only, minus the original shipping cost and any return courier fees charged to us.
